Why Madam Executive?
Being a women in an executive leadership position is no joke. Not only do we only make up 16% of executives, but we fight a different battle in our work every day than our male counterparts.
This isn’t about feminism. This is about facts.
Even the fact that if we spend 15 minutes (it takes me more) on hair and makeup a day, it costs us 60 hours a year that men don’t have to contend with. But we must maintain Executive Presence to be taken seriously.
This is just one tiny example of how our experience differs. Because of this, we deserve a community of peers who truly understand the world that female execs live in.

Sharpen Skills
We all come up through the trenches on a different path. This creates some skills gaps. We can’t go to our male counterparts and ask for learning opportunities as it’s viewed as a weakness. Here, we’re providing those opportunities with no judgment. We truly want everyone to be the best they can be.
